We like to purchase heifers(females) with a continental cross and good fat cover we believe this helps eating quality. We sell traditional cuts and beef on the bone. Lamb We like to select a good size lamb with a continental cross in its breeding as this adds to its eating quality we select our lamb locally.Pork Our pigs come from our local agricultural college at Reasheath. We process mainly Gilts(Females)as we believe they have a better eating quality. A reasonable fat cover again gives good eating quality. |
